Indigo Airlines — Baggage missing at destination

My PNR was XKFSVM I traveled on 24 Nov. 2020. They checked in my baggage at Lucknow. They told me the reason that it was at level 4 at Lucknow means restricted item found while scanning. They took one authorisation letter from me to open the bag and remove that item I have given consent for the same.
A very unprofessional approach was adopted they haven't given any receipt or acknowledgement of my complaint.
One day after to they called to collect my baggage but unable to show me the proof of any such item. Verbaly saying it had a power bank which was absolutely false.
Please resolve my problem and compensate appropriately for stress and my personal belongings which I was unable to use for last 3 -4 days.
