[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggage not received | |||
Kuwait-chennai; flight date: 30/11/2019; flight 6e1752; eta 12.30pm The passenger had about 24 kgs checked in weight and she checked in atleast 1 and half hour before flight departure. Still the baggage was offloaded with no explanation. She was told in chennai that the baggage will be delivered home on the next day. She was booked on chennai coimbatore at 6.20. Am on the next day ie 31/07/2019 and was unable to carry her luggage to coimbatore. The bags have not been delivered even on the next day ie today and upon calling, the customer service personnel displayed very callous and irresponsible behaviour in responding to her queries. The bags could have been atleast delivered after 24 hrs since it would have come in this morning's flight reaching chennai at 12.30pm. That too did not happen. All the food stuffs packed would have got spoiled. Was this information helpful? | |||
