[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — boarding | |||
Hi, I was travelling from bangalore to jaipur by 6e 469 on 02.02.2019. The etd was 17.05 hrs and boarding was 16.20 hrs. The boarding was started at 16.30 and the bus was just roaming around airport. When asked to bus driver around 17.00 hrs than he informed that the flight is just landed and the ground staff has asked to roam around airport. I am writing the email at 17.05 hrs and still in the bus. This is harassment by airline staff where if any question asked to them get very rude reply. Please look into and help.
