[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — boarding pass counter.

This is regarding the boarding pass counter today. (01/11/18)
I was traveling to Hyderabad from Chennai .
There were heavy rains outing so I got bit late for the flight. But somehow managed before designated timing.
The guy at who was as customer support executive was right at gate but he was on call with someone.
I tried printing boarding pass from gate number 1 but the machines were unable to print . I reported the same to that guy but he was showing no interest in what I was saying to him .
The shock was I told him that please check the machines and his reply was thats not my job to check.
I myself belong this hospitality industry and I know how to deal with customers when they come at your property or organisation . This is not how they should deal. Please look upon this. Thanks and regards Abhimanyu Joshi .
