I have travelled along with my family,
from Bangalore to Goa on 16th 2022. PNR MSI8RN, when I received my luggage on belt at Goa Airport, I found the handle of the luggage was broken, on which I complained to the Indigo Staff who offered me compensation and for which she asked for my Boarding pass, and handed over to her. However, she did not return the Boarding pass and it was late in the night and my baby was not feeling well, so we were in hurry to reach home.
later on the next day, I called her and asked for a boarding pass and she informed me that it has been destroyed.
Now I need to submit the boarding pass to my company and I have nothing to provide.
Kindly provide the copy of the boarding pass or travel certificate so that I can prove that I have travelled from BLR to GOI. Was this information helpful? |
