Indigo Airlines — Boarding pass not given | |||
Yesterday i was having a flight at 9:40 a. M from new delhi to bengaluru, i reached the airport at 8:30 a. M and waited in the queue till my turn. I reached the counter at about 8:40 and the indigo staff didn't provided me the boarding pass. My complaint is if the counte was about to close the staff should have shown some courtesy by making a call and asking the passengers to come forward. Because of this i had to pay 3121 inr extra and not even this i was also disappointed by their way of talking. Was this information helpful? | |||
