I tried to make a booking using the indigo site and when finalizing my booking there was an error that came up and didn’t allow me to book I thought it was maybe my card so I tried another card for the message to come up again. After that I booked the flights from another airlines. Later I received a message saying that the payment from the first card went through and the other card too so I have been charged double for the flights and can’t get through to anyone to help resolve this issue. I managed to cancel one of the flights and I was charged over £80 I also never received any email confirmation or any booking reference email if wasn’t for the card text message confirming the transaction.
