[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — booking status of tickets | |||||
I've booked flight ticket for 6e-2895 for which the transaction was successful and i received a text message saying i would be intimated further regarding the booking in 15mins for which i neither got an email nor a message. When i called the customer support for further assistance the lady there was very rude to me stating that the booking got cancelled while the money was being refunded. I wasn't intimated untill i myself called the customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
