I, monika agarwal, travelled with pnr: xklzfh. The details of my ticket was issued to a unauthorized person without my permission or any information. On calling your customer, i come to Know that 16th july 2018, request was made to change email id of my itinerary. How could this be done without my permission or authorization? More so every detail was mailed to the unauthorized person. This is a serious breach of trust. Please take this matter seriously. Was this information helpful? | |
