Indigo Airlines — Breakage of lock of checked in luggage

I traveled with indigo from calicut to Delhi on 10/7/2022, flight no. 6E 5912. I had a checked in luggage- a trolly suitcase which I had locked with a proper lock and key. Upon collecting from Delhi the lock was missing but luckily i didn't lose any items. I believe it is purely out of my luck that nothing was stolen. Actually i noticed this only after reaching home and couldn't complain from airport itself. But it's an extreme shameful act from the side of Indigo airlines that the luggage of passengers are not being taken care of at all. Though it seems only a minor issue I want indigo airline authorities to see into the issue and provide appropriate compensation
