[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — cabin crews arrogency | |||
29/10/2018 i had a flight from raipur to agartala pnr no of the same is vy38jl.in kolkata airport gate no 18 there was a lady crew who was in duty for check in. She was resist me to enter in the flight as i was 1 mint late. Actually boarding time was 12:25 & deposit time is 01:10 pm. I came on 12:56 & requested her to let me enter as d flight was standing. The line & arobridgw is still open. Firatly i want to say that i am aregular flyer of indigo, the same can be checked by your side by using my email i'd & my phone no [protected] & [protected]. I was requesting her to let me enter but d moment she saw me she told me that paper work is done i can not allow you to proceed, but she entered the clsing time 12:55 in front of me by seeing & while arguing with me, i requested her several times, even there was no announcement no call from indigo site while saying so she was telling that it is a silent airport, & we r not bound to call u. She was so arrogant & it was emergency for me to reach at agartala [censored]rgent office work. As a regular flyer of indigo i never expected this, for which i have expensed 13000, just because this indigo staff, who is defaming the brand name of indigo. Neither me nor my family & freinds will fly to indigo from now onwards just because of your staffs misbehaviour. Evwn one of my friend asked the airhostess to that i have reached at gate n i will be boarded. Airhostess kept the door open for next 7 mint. But that cabin crew staff resist me. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Also, we wish to mention here that Kolkata airport is a silent airport, therefore flight information displays are updated by the concerned airport authorities.
