[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — cancellation of flight without intimation and information

This is to inform you that Flight no 6E-
7137 from Nagpur to Hyderabad on 6th august 2018 was cancelled on last movement and this information was not informed before.I was informed only at checkin counter.

On discussion with Indigo ground staff at Nagpur airport, there was no proper justification provided for cancellation and also no documentary/electronic file of evidence shown for prior cancellation intimation to passengers.

Indigo staff has shown casual & careless approach on this instance and there was no alternatively arrangement made by indigo and due to this myself had to book another flight ticket on my own which cost me 32000INR additional amount for three passengers from Nagpur to Hyderabad to Tirupati

Following are the Salient points

1) Indigo didn't informed for cancellation of Nagpur to Hyderabad flight

2)During entering Airport, Indigo flight was on time and also confirmed by staff and airport security authority allowed to enter for check in .Flight status screen was showing availability of flight and also on time.

3) Received email and message from indigo server with proper PNR number on 5th august 2018 (one day before) for confirmation of flight and proceed for web checkin.

Due to this unplanned cancellation and unprofessional attitude of Indigo airlines we suffered and our preplanned programme (travelling with 76 years old senior citizen on holly visit to tirupati)is totally disturbed which has to be reimbursed by Indigo immediately without any further delay and to avoid further legal action in case of failure of same which includes

1) Refund of Indigo flight ticket
2) Additional ticket fare differences paid for 3 passengers due to cancellation of indigo as specified above
3)To and fro taxi fare at nagpur airport caused due to cancellation .This amount is 1500INR
4)Apology from Indigo in writting through email which disturbed our planning and cancelled religious rituals which we were unable to do as we didn't reach on time

Presently I cannot be contacted on my registered mobile till 13th august 2018 and can be reached through same email which is available with indigo

All required proof are available with me but unable to attach due to MB capacity limitation

I need immediate action from indigo authorities and consider this case as lesson learned to avoid further inconvenience to other passenger which can also be considered as self development in current indigo policy.

No response from Indigo team on above issue, It was confirmed and ensured that vouchers will be provided within 48 hours and I am still waiting .
Is this a way how Indigo operates and called as profession????

I am really dissatisfied and disappointed because of casual and careless approach of indigo team on below issue

Till now I didn't get any refund in form of vouchers and cash which was promised .Initially it was confirmed that I will get complete amount voucher which I can use for further ticket booking which is very necessary for me as I am planning for air travel on 14th September.

Then complete voucher is split into voucher and money in two parts and indigo ensured that vouchers will be available within 48 hours .Accordingly Indigo blocked airticket for me which was valid till 30 august so as to use voucher but this also didn't materialize as I didn't get anything from Indigo

Air tickets fare are increasing day by day which is also directly impact on me irrespective of voucher amount

I need to know is this a way Indigo display their professional way of working showing irresponsibility towards passenger.

We had telephonic already discussion on this issue and requested you to reinvestigate and let me know outcome on below mentioned contact details
