Indigo Airlines — Cancellation of flight without sufficient reason by your company | |||
Sir/madam, My name is sumer singh iam a armed force personnel. My flight was scheduled on 24th july from delhi to kochi (Terminal 1d), flight no. (6e223), booking reference - w9crvp, departure time was 10:40 am. I have reported 09:30 at counter of indigo. But your receptionist miss. Ekta told me that you have to wait. I briefed to counter receptionist. That my flight is at 10:40 hrs and i have to board the flight. She tells me to wait in queue you well get your flight there is sufficient time available to board the flight. However after 15 minute of wait again i approach to counter to check in. But she told me that the counter have been closed you can’t board the flight. 2. Submitted i have approached to counter well in time i. E. (Check in time 0930 hrs). But my flight was been missed due to error/mistake of indigo counter receptionist. 3. This has been shocked to me and i was thinking that why my flight has been cancelled without sufficient reason. 4. This is the exclusively fault of your company. 5. If you have some problem/issue to cancel my ticket than your coy should have been informed to me well in advance. I have urgent reporting to my unit at kochi for some service requirement. 6.In the view of forgiving, it is requested that cause of cancellation of my ticket without sufficient reason. Please be updated to me and refund of amount may please be credit to my account at the earliest. 7. Non refund of amount which may force to approach to consumer complaint cell or rti.
