On cancellation of the flight, ground staff have preference for next day earliest possible flight to local passengers travelling and boarding from srinagar rather than the inflight passengers who boarded from jammu to destination lucknow which is highly unethical on their part as the passengers got stranded in a highly sensitive situation. As per the normes and regulations the should prefer the outside passengers first and then they should consider the localites.

Food not served despite being pre-booked. This sort of behaviour was not expected more so when they have charged money.
