[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — cancellation of srinagar to lucknow flight 6e576 | |
On cancellation of the flight, ground staff have preference for next day earliest possible flight to local passengers travelling and boarding from srinagar rather than the inflight passengers who boarded from jammu to destination lucknow which is highly unethical on their part as the passengers got stranded in a highly sensitive situation.
