[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — cancelling ticket.

I have bought 2 tickets (Agortala to chennai, indigo (6e438), for august - 06-2017, e ticket number 707sc4yqs & 707sc4yqs), by bdt11579. Now i want to cancel the tickets for some personal problem. But travel agent imposed cancellation charge total bdt 4618*2= bdt 9236, which is approximately 80%. But i known the cancellation charge only 1500 rupies per ticket. Please ensure for me. Verified Support Jul 27, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Nipun, At the outset, we would like to inform you that flight 6E 438 from Agartala to Chennai on 06th August 2018 is cancelled due to IndiGo Operational reasons. We recognize the importance of maintaining our flight schedules and we put in our best efforts to eliminate or minimize such instances of cancellations or rescheduling and do realizes the impact on the convenience of our passengers, please accept our sincerest apology. In a case such as this, where an IndiGo flight is cancelled, our customers can either opt for a full refund of the fare, else a credit for future travel or a re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost. Further, we tried calling you multiple times on the registered mobile number however, couldn’t get through to you.
