[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — careless people of indigo | |||
Our flight was at 3.40 pm. We became late by 20 minutes. We came to airport by 3 pm. None of the flight people has the courtesy to ask us why we were late. We requested to take us on the flight as it was the day we had to go to kasi/varanasi and pay my father our last tributes by taking his ashes to varanasi and putting them in ganga river. The flight people said that there is no chance to catch the flight. We felt bad and we came back home with the ashes. This was a saddened part of our life. So we decided not to travel with indogo as they dont know how to take care to passengers. Sorry indogo thumbs down for you. Was this information helpful? | |||
