[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — cargo service | |||
Yesterday we have booked a shipment from patna to bangalore via ranchi u/awb no[protected]pc 10kg on flight 6e-485, but it doesn't reached at bangalore yet and patna staffs are saying it has been uplifted from patna and ranchi.. Now bangalore staffs are not taking any serious action to search the shipment and the cargo desk no[protected]/03 is also not answering any calls.. I need customer service help to search the shipment asap.. The shipment contains stool sample of world health organization (Who).. Was this information helpful? | |||
