[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — charged extra amount while arrival | |||
Hi this side ritu sahni.. I travelled on 26 june from goa to new delhi.. Pnr number rbwrsl. We reached one hr before airport and we have 10 more members with us, as we all travelling in group, indigo customer care crew staff misbehaved & allow only 10 people to board and only we 4 left us for boarding.. We stand in que for more than 15 minutes as some other passenger fighting for his money negotiation of his luggage bag. Beacuse of him we request staff to cooperate & make us board first. At last they told us luggage counter closed & they harrase us to pay 6000 immediately to move us in next flight. As we all reached aiport in group & they allowed our 10 people to fly & charge unnnecessary extra amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
