Indigo Airlines — Charges for seat

I booked my ticket from Ahmedabad to klokatta on line.if you want window they asked to pay rs 400 extra.i have never come across such demand from any airlines.even international airlines are not asking such things.domestic airlines are charging whatever they want.goverment must take strict action against them.
