[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — check in baggage loss at arrival | |||
My wife and daughter travelled from bangalore to udaipur on 17th dec 2018 with indigo flight 6e 968. They had 2 check-in baggage and they just received 1 bagger at arrival. Indigo accepted that they have lost it and are unable to locate it. As per indigo, they are offering compensation of rs 2100 and a coupon of 2000 with some conditions in it. My bag cost itself is 3500 and having other item of almost 12k inside bag than why should i accept this compensation. Please have a look and provide proper compensation for the same.
