I myself with my family members were traveling from Hyderabad to Mysore today(attached ticket). We had bought brand new Aristocrat (green) trolley bag just before 2hours of this travel and this was sent as a checked in baggage. It is really sad to see this brand new bag in this terrible condition. There are several damages happened on the brand new trolley bag. How can this be happening? There are multiple damages on this bag and i have showed it to one of the crew members and they have taken the photographs as well. Same have been communicated on call to [protected]. Kindly requesting you to take this issue into consideration as this is not at all acceptable. We dint even use this bag properly and also it is a costly and famous brand trolley bag. Really unfortunate to see this happen to that bag.
