[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — checked in luggage missing for last 3 days | |||
Our checked in luggage has jot been delivered to destination yet. It has been 3 days. From pune to bangalore! No response, solution from the team even after lodging an official complain with the team. The bag had perishable items and medicines. Who is incurring the loss and why the delay? The flight was on 16th may from Pune and its 19th today. We have not received our bag at pune or Bangalore l. The team initially denied that we had checked in the bag. We have luggage tags to prove it. The lady at check in counter forgot to check in our bag and the team has taken almost 3 days so far. Was this information helpful? | |||
