Screw you #indigoairlines. Flight no - 6e - 822- bangalore to ranchi. First a flight gets rescheduled from 7 am yo 5:35 am. I reached at 4:53 am and they do not allow saying i am late by 5 minutes. Then the flight gets delayed to 6:05 am but the checkin staff still dont let me board the flight by rudely lying to me that its a false message and call from indigo and the flight is not delayed whereas the customer care confirms that the flight is actually delayed. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 0500 hrs, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, you may contact the travel agency used to make the booking to claim no-show taxes.
