[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — ck8n9u - indigo airlines complaint

Please refer to indigo airlines pnr nos ck8n9u. 27 dec and 5 jan 19. This ticket was booked 2 months back for ixc - pat via delhi up and down. One month back we got message that return ticket delhi patna is cancelled due to some operational issue and they seems to provide any alternative, so i asked them to cancel and refund del - ixc which we got. After few days again got message that 27th dec flight re routed through kolkata again today on 25th dec they sent the message that ixc - kolkata flight is rescheduled due to this connecting flight was missing. We asked them to provide alternative they say they can only give delhi patna delhi.. Now we are left with no option and was forced to go buy that.
The indigo is cheating what is the fun of getting our book two months back and they are using our money. And the end we end up paying more.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We always strive to keep our flights on schedule and cut down the causes of delay. We would like to state that our operations dependent on various factors such as runway availability, air traffic congestion etc. which are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance. We recognize the importance of maintaining our flight schedules and assure you the best of our efforts to eliminate or minimize the causes of cancellation, which are within our control. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. Hope you understand and see you on a 6E flight soon.
