Please note my complaint against your staff at Delhi Terminal 3, I have booked a ticket on Monday 13th of March 2023 with Flight Indigo 6E-1153, The Flight was from Delhi to Kathmandu on 3rd April 2023 at 11:10 am, Passenger Name : Mr Tapi Jain & Mrs Tripti Jain, Ticket No. P1T1UE/1/1 and P1T1UE/2/1, We reached airport at 9:15 am and was at counter (which issue boarding pass) on around 9:40 am, We were standing in que after asking from one of your staff that we have to board in 11:10 am Flight, After some time I thought that que is moving very slow and I directly asked the executive sitting at counter that we have to board in 11:10 am Flight, Pls attend us on priority, At that time it was 9:55 am, She bluntly refused that now you cannot board in Flight 6E-1153 as you are late, I requested the In- Charge to help us as we still have more than 1 hour but she also refused us, She asked to pay 8000/- for new tickets of Flight 6E1155(A320) which will fly at 13:30 hrs, We requested her no. of times that still they have more tha one hour and they can arrange our boarding in Flight 6E-1153 easily, But she was rigid and compelled us to pay 8000/- for next Flight, Seeing no option we paid and saved our trip.
I have seen no efforts from your staff side in helping us to board the plane.
I am requesting you to take action against such staff and refund my entire amount.
