Sir/ma'am, With reference to the trail mails, it is a reminder regarding the compensation for the sky bags trolly which was broken by the airport staff during my travel on 15 feb from lucknow to indore 6e 733. I have been constantly asking for the compensation for the loss but no further action has been made from your side.
