Hi, I have booked my flight from Srinagar(SXR) to Jammu (IXJ) on 11th April, 2023 with which was scheduled to depart from Srinagar at 12:05 pm and reach Jammu at 12:55 pm.
Now suddenly, I receive a mail from Indigo stating that my flight will now depart at 14:50 from Srinagar and reach Jammu at 15:40 which will completely jeopardize my further bookings.
I have booked my onward travel for 8 passengers from 2:30 pm from Jammu Airport to Katra where after I have booked a helicopter ride at 4:30 pm from Katra to Vaishnodevi. With the revised flight timings I am going to lose my money for the booked helicopter ride.
After multiple calls to the customer care department and talking to Bilal, Sr.Executive and Naved Shaikh, Supervisor who have shown absolute zero empathy towards the customer by disconnecting my call in between without giving any solution.
I request you to help me with a solution that I reach on time at Jammu Airport which is as per my original flight schedule.
