Indigo Airlines — Complaint regarding the inconvenience caused by crew members which is the reason I missed my flight

Hello, I am Shraddha Kansara (seat 6E), we had a flight (flight no. 5209) from Bangalore to Mumbai at
6:00 am today (24.4.23), we reached one hour before the departure and we were still not allowed to get our boarding passes. The behaviour of the crew members was really disappointing and unacceptable and they were really uncooperative. I please request you to mail back and solve this issue. We missed our flight even tho we were at the airport before time.
This is really unethical of INDIGO and it's very disappointing.

Sorry to note your disappointment. However, please be informed, the check-in counter closes 60 mins & the boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the departure. Reporting beyond the closure time can lead to boarding denial. As checked, you reported late at the check-in counters. Further, we've duly noted your feedback and will share it with the concerned team for necessary review and consideration.
