[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — confirmed front seats changed for my parents (patients) | |||
My parents can't walk, so i had booked the front seats.. Paid 600 rupees extra per seat and also arranged the (Wheel chairs) for them with indigo, after the confirmation of their tickets. Hence one of the so called the indigo air-hostess had taken money from other co passenger's and gave them my parents front seats number 1b & 1c from mumbai to hyderabad dated 27th aug 2018, departure @ 21:20, pnr: nk888u - 6e 234 to upgrade there seats. Indigo can't do such cheap service act... My parents are old and did not want to argue so kept quiet and sat on the uncomfortable seats on 5th row.
