[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — credit note | |||
Pnr : dc31pf Kolkata to bangalore My wife was traveling with indigo and we got a msg saying if we change our flight to a later flight, they’ll issue a 8300 rupee voucher. We opted and took the option and my wife came in the flight which was 6 hours later. This happened on 20th jan 2019. My wife was told that the voucher would be duly sent on the registered email if within 24 hours. We trusted the airline and expected the voucher to come to us timely. After this, there have been numerous phone, email, twitter and even personal follow ups from our side and many promises from indigo’s side but absolutely no resolution yet.
