My name is Rahul Singh, i used indigo flight 6E 669 from Raipur to kolkata on the 21st of Feb 2023 with my family, my PNR number is NM9 DQV, when we arrived kolkata we found out the handle for our trolley bag was broken in half, i was travelling with our two infants and it was extremely difficult to handle the luggage bag with broken handle, this is very sad from indigo and i request a very strict action in this regard.
