[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — damaged luggage received. | |
I travelled from jammu to delhi by indigo flight no. 6e 653, seat no. 15 f on 19.01.2019. I found my brand new suitcase badly mishandalef/damaged, which costs me more than the cost of the travel. Indigo is solely responsible for this monitory loss caused to me due to mishandling by indigo staff. Moreover, during check in only, i was informed that flight is getting delayed and advised for processing refund for connecting indigo flight for onward journey from delhi to dehradun. Despite repeated request, desk staff expressed helplessness in providing seat in other airlines' for onward journey from delhi to dehradun and i could not attend the marriage on 19.01.2019 evening at rishikesh though travelled by taxi from delhi to rishikesh.
