[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — dead body cargo mishandling & decomposed | |||
We transported dead body from chennai to lucknow vide awb[protected] by indigo flight 6e-2622, when its arrived home at lucknow the body was fully decomposed its not embalmed when we checked certificate its put embalming done at 16.07.2019 at 11.30 p. M but we reached cargo by 16.07.2019 at 8.15 p. M itself and body was booked at 9.45 p. M, where they done embalming? They did not preserve dead body properly. More than all this that david company agent vairamani & gopal did not give airway bill to us it was very difficult to take out delivery at lucknow. He pulled money rs. 42000 and nothing done, covered polymer sheet with dead body & put in a card board box with nude condition (No cloths). Was this information helpful? | |||
