[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — delay in arrival of aircraft and luggage

My name is sn swamy (Subbiaha nallu swamy), travelled from raipur to chennai via indore, under pnr number : fiqhjh.

First of all, your flight has parked almost 3 kms from the terminal, took almost 30 mins to reach arrival hall and waited for more than 40 minutes to pick up my luggage’s.

As you knew. This is not happening first time at chennai airport, very ridiculous and tough handling by your good office at this chennai airport & never the luggage has reached at conveyor number 1 on time. Always it’s takes more than a required time & some of the occasions the luggage is reaching more then flying hours., this is not happening with any other metro city, as i am the frequent traveller in indigo & this type of error is happening only in chennai airport.

Hence, requesting you to kindly take corrective action or else you shall be losing lot many indigo loving travellers in future.
