this was the time given by airlines .
At the time of boarding 2.55 pm very poor service was given to the customer didn't tell how much delay it will be. my pnr no is szn29b name shivani jain delhi to kochin,
didn't give water to the customer or any food if it is delayed by the airlines.
next door also changed first it was showing gate no 44a then 41. why give customers so many problem .
