On16th march2020 i was denied boarding from flight 6e 1783 to mle saying that visa on arrival and tourist visa has stopped due to corona but actuallly circular came from maldives goverment that male city hotels and three specific resorts like male, hulhumale and villimale are only banned but not my medhufushi island resort.
Without knowing full circular indigo air line staff told me that visa on arrival is cancelled and they cancelled my tickets from airport.
Same circular and my flights tickets, voucher for resort i had attached please go through that. I have spent 148900rs to resorts and they are not going to refund because of indigo air line declined tickets.
Please its my humble request kindly refund my full package money or you can give me complete justification for cancelling my yesterday morning onboarding to male so same i can forward to travel agency and can reshedule my honeymoon pacakge.
Its clearly fault from indigo air lines staff.
Today 17th march on mumbai air port i talked with the customer service but they are not accepting they are telling that indian embassy denied visa on arrival for maldivses.

Please do the needful to refund the entire ticket charges as soon as possible.This travel is cancelled due to the restrictions and as a preventive measure from Corona virus.
The government and court ensures the same for the Indian citizens.
