Indigo Airlines — Denied boarding even after reaching well ahead of departure time

Indigo airlines has started a new technic to fleece the flyers, i was flying to Pune with my family on PNR number T3B6VR. first we were told to go to a separate counter for which they said is exclusively for Pune Check in and when we reached there we luggage we were simply told to buy the tickets for the next flight? why ? the flyer ahead o[censored]s was given boarding pass and we were told to take the next flight and were asked 21000 as tickets and the 12, 075/- paid for existing tickets were not being adjusted for this new tickets.
this is how Indigo airlines is fleecing customers. this is my formal complaint against them
