Dear sir/madam
I am one of your loyal customer which prefer to travel by indigo. During february this year i flew for dubai and back from your plane (Flight 6e22 dated 13 february 2016/seat 11 e. The return journey left worst memory to me. When i came to collect my bag, i was puzzled to see the condition of my bag which has been given to luggage. It was badly destroyed. I reported to your ground staff who were assisting luggage collection. One lady from indigo arrived i saw the condition of my bag. She took photograph of my bag. Consoled me and said indigo will compensate your loss soon. Unfortunately even after 5 months nothing has happened.
