We were supposed to travel from chennai to ahmedabad with pnr qhc83n and pnr l9w8mv in flight no. Indigo 6e-237 dated 22nd june, 2018. There were no notifications on the screen for boarding or departure of the flight. We were enquiring from past 40minutes before scheduled departure of the flight. The boarding counter neither made any announcements nor did they made a phone call to us at the boarding area. Our luggage was offloaded 20minutes before the departure time.
Also the airport staff took our boarding pass back from us after offloading of the luggage without any reason.
As the consequence of above we had to stay in chennai for 1 more day and had to book another flight with higher charges. Also we had to cancel our tatkal tickets from ahmedabad to jodhpur which were non refundable. We reached jodhpur at 17:30hrs instead of 07:30hrs because of which our scheduled appointments of jodhpur were cancelled. And above all this the mental stress which we faced was very exhausting.
Therefore, we demand complete refund of our flight tickets, expenses for our stay in chennai, tickets from chennai to jodhpur via delhi along with compensation for the mental harassment due to the above.
