Indigo Airlines — Discriminatory policies

Passenger pnr number B38NKL Indigo airlines. This is to bring to notice about the discriminatory and unethical practices being followed by Indigo airlines. A passenger of Indigo gets a 2 kg extra baggage waiver in front of me and when my baggage was 3 kg extra i was charged. Are not the rules meant to be followed rather than being laxed depending on the customer looks. I'm not complaining about me being charged but complaining about why a discriminatory tariff policy that a 2 kg baggage been given waiver as according to the rules the baggage should have been charged. These unethical practices by the employees would put the company at stake in the long run. i would never prefer an Indigo's flight and would be asking people not to fly with Indigo. I look forward the issue is solved amicably and in an unfair manner. Thank you.
