Indigo Airlines — Double payments to indigo | |
My parents are malaysian who was travel in indigo flight 6e 6323 on 25/6/17 from varanasi to bengaluru. The tickets was booked by my agent. I already received the tickets and payment status showing complete. (Attached). After my parents received the boarding pass and while waiting at gate, the indigo staff announce my parents name and asked them for credit card. My dad already told indigo its was booked by agent and please clarify with him. Contact number and mailed id everything was stated in tickets. They don't call just simply asked them to pay cash. Both of them are 65 years old. All their travel money used to pay indigo flight. If indigo having problems with credit card payments, why they allowed to booking.
