[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — excess baggage

They are a scam.. They charged me 17, 000 inr for my hand luggage which was excess of 5kgs.. Firstly they check hand luggage weight.. I'm not aware of any airline who weighs hand luggages. Just for 5kgs extra they made me check-in my hand luggage and charged me for entire 14kgs. My flight tickets from hk to mumbai was 15, 000 inr which includes me (80kgs), check in bag (20kgs) and hand luggage bag (7kgs).
