My husband and I traveled from Pune to Delhi on 01-June-2023 (PNR G14Z4B) and were charged INR 16040 for excess baggage, which we should have not been charged in the first place, as our class of travel allowed us 2 bags per person.
I am unable to download the receipt for this payment online. Could you email me the detailed receipt at [protected]@sloan.mit.edu, please, so we could submit a request for refund/reimbursement?
