Indigo Airlines — extra baggagenot booked money debited

I booked an indigo flight from ranchi to bangalore.Flight was on28 th march 2015 ( ticket no. G8RG2T, Flight 6e 347) . I wanted to avail extra 30 kg baggage slab with extra 3750 rs. I made a transaction on 23 march 2015, money 3850 rs had been debited but due to indigo website problem nothing is booked. My bank transaction details : BSBI[protected]IG00TUEPJ5 TRANSFER TO[protected]. . I talked with indigo customer care too and they also confirmed that no extra luggage slab is booked.
