Dear team. The first time i travelled international with your flight and i am very sorry to say that every international flight gives foods to every passenger but you are selling and don't have blankets and pillows your staff is not cooperative and there is also your ground staff is also very rude they don't know how to treat the passenger i feel it's nessecary to trained your staff i feel this is my last travelling with you i travelled hongkong with indigo please take your valued customer Was this information helpful? | |||

However, We offer affordable fares to all our customers and only charge extra to those who want pre-assignment of seats, have an excess bag and for meals etc. Customers can pay for the services that they want.
