Indigo Airlines — Flight boarding denied despite reaching on time

My mother, Asha Attreya mother of Sqn Ldr Ashish Attreya, was travelling alone from Bengaluru to Jaipur under "Armed forces personnel" quota on 19th June 2016. Her flight (6E 469) was on 17:20 and on 16:15 she was in queue. The moment she arrived on counter that lady said "counter close". Nobody allowed her to board her flight. Finally we had to take another flight on our own expenses. This is highly un appreciable for such a renowned company. Now who will bare this expense?? This is not her fault if your queue was so long.
