I was not allowed to board the flight (713) from bangalore to kolkata even though i was having the boarding pass. There was a huge queue in the security check because of which it took me some time to reach the boarding gate. As i was approaching the boarding gate i saw the indigo crew leaving the gate. When i arrived at the boarding gate the time was 5:05am. The boarding gate was also supposed to close at 5:05am. However, since i was stuck in the long queue & i was holding the boarding pass, i believe it was the responsibility of the indigo crew to come near the security check & give me a call-out to make sure i can get my security check done on priority. But nothing happened. Nobody came. You guys made me miss my flight even though i was on-time & ready with my boarding pass. Do you folks have any idea how important it was for me to board that flight? I had to re-book another flight the same day by paying a sum of rs.4993. I believe you folks in indigo need to be more responsible & co-operative towards your customer. Please consider repaying me my amount. Was this information helpful? |
