Indigo Airlines — Flight canceled & casual approach by Indigo to inform about the same | |||
I had booked a flight well in advance from Mumbai To Delhi 6E 192for being there on 1st Birthday of my daughter. 5-6 hours before d flight time, I got a call from a spam no. - an automated call trying to inform that my flight has been pre-poned - not at all clear. It made really nervous that I may miss my flight. Luckily I had taken buffer & had already started for d airport. In between got a msg that flight has been canceled with no info on what to do next. Called d call centre - executive informed that flight is on time - when I prompted him further he told me that it is canceled. Once I raised my voice he gave me d option of booking in other flight, which I eventually did. Really not expected from Indigo. Atleast they should have courtesy to call - from a live human being & not a machine & guide on what to do next. Simply sending msg that flight is canceled is bad service. On top of all this what made me really angry was when I came to know that reason for cancelation was that original flight had only 16 seats filled - for protecting your bottomline put psngrs in trouble. I hope somebody in govt take a look at it & take some action. Very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
