I had planned a family trip from Mumbai to Singapore, but unfortunately my wife had an accident and got her arm fractured.
Doctor has suggested to not plan trip for few months.
Since this was a family trip we have decided to cancel the plan.
I have submitted all the required documents to indigo but they have denied refund.
If the airline is unable to help customer during emergency then there is no point in booking tickets from indigo.
I had to cancel due to emergency and I think airline has to understand and help in such cases. Was this information helpful? |
