I booked a return flight from Indore to Nagpur for travel from Tuesday, 7th Dec 21 and return on 8th Dec, 21. On reaching the airport, I got to know that the flight is cancelled (even after generating the boarding pass), and they have shifted me to another flight which reaches late at night without even notifying.
There was no notification for the flight change and I couldn't take that flight as it was reaching very late. Due to airline's negligence, I had to travel all the way from Khargone to Indore and lost my working day.
I explained this to the Indigo representative at the airport, but they casually said that since they moved me to a different time, they don't need to notify me.
